What They're Saying

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

"The staff, Nila, Cesar and Ruby, are warm, enthusiastic about the place, and very helpful. There is a cleaning staff that is kind and cheerful.
I have only lived here a short time, but I am so happy I am here. There is light in my apartment all day long! There is a gym I love using, and there are four outdoor spaces within the property which are all beautifully maintained.
The atmosphere of neighbors is friendly and yet private, and the building is very secure.
Sometimes I can hear distant sounds of neighbors, but it is not very loud and it feels cozy, like I live in a house in a little village. All in all, it is a lovely place to live.

Be A Good Neighbor

Resident Safety

Looking Out for One Another ❤️

At our community, nothing is more important than your peace of mind and safety—and keeping our home secure is a true team effort! We recently saw a wonderful example of resident awareness when a thoughtful neighbor noticed a door propped open, immediately removed the item, and made sure the door was securely closed.   Small, proactive actions like this make all the difference. When we stay alert, avoid leaving valuables in our vehicles, and report any unusual activity to the leasing office, we protect our shared home together. Thank you to everyone who continues to keep an extra set of eyes on our community. Let’s keep looking out for one another, securing our spaces, and working together to maintain a safe, warm, and welcoming neighborhood for everyone!
