How do I apply?
For your convenience, you can apply on-line. Application fees are $52 per person. The processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.
What are the lease terms, and how much are deposits?
We offer lease terms that vary from 6 to 15 months. Please check our available units and click 'Apply' to select the lease term that we are currently offering. Deposits are from $400 to $450 for studios, $500 for one bedroom apartment homes, and $600 for two bedrooms.

What is the pet policy?
We are pet friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome: limit 2 pets per apartment. Some dog breed restrictions apply, inquire with office. There is a $500 Pet Deposit. Pet rent is $65/month per pet. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

Are the apartments equipped with smart home technology?
Yes, we use Butterfly MX. It allows you to manage property access from your smartphones. You can receive video calls, unlock the door remotely, and provide managed access from delivery people and service providers.
