    The Blake at Berkeley Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day. Meet your team.

  • Do you offer furnished apartments?

    Yes! We offer furnished and unfurnished apartments for up to 5 occupants. Our budget friendly Roommate-Ready program offers roommates a multi-functional living space through efficient furnishings designed for each floorplan. So, you can leave behind the hassle of shopping for, assembling, and moving large items and focus your time and budget on personalizing your new home.

  • What are the office hours?

    Leasing consultants are available to answer questions via email and phone during normal business hours.

    Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
    Saturday - Sunday: Closed

  • What kind of tours are offered at Blake Berkeley?

    We are now offering guided in-person tours by appointment. Please click here to schedule yours today!

  • How do I apply?

    For your convenience, you can apply on-line. Application fees are $52 per person. The processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

  • What enhancements does Blake offer residents with disabilities?

    • Elevators.
    • Accessible ramps.
    • ADA Parking Spaces with Tesla EV Charging.
    • ADA accessible common areas and amenities.
  • What is the pet policy?

    We are pet friendly. Dogs and cats are welcome: limit 2 pets per apartment. Some dog breed restrictions apply, inquire with office. There is a $500 Pet Deposit. Pet rent is $65/month per pet. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • Are electric charging stations available?

    We have 10 EV Charging Stations.

  • Are the apartments equipped with smart home technology?

    Yes, we use Butterfly MX. It allows you to manage property access from your smartphones. You can receive video calls, unlock the door remotely, and provide managed access from delivery people and service providers.
