"Well, I am always wary of the reviews that sound too good, especially in the age of AI doing half the talking online, but after living here about a month, I figured it would worth to share.
From the leasing to moving in, everything has gone really smoothly. Nila at the leasing office has been "super" helpful. She's always around during business hours, and it’s been easy to get in touch with her for any matters. The manager, Ruby, tho never met her, is quick on email requests and documentations to handle things very efficient.
Cesar is the maintenance head, and he def does almost a perfect job keeping the place like still brand new. One day I noticed a piece of baseboard that came loose in the hallway and by the next day, it was fixed like nothing ever happened lol.
Overall, the whole team has been professional and easy to work with. I have so far had a good experience and am looking forward to the rest of my lease here maybe even longer :)"
