Volunteer Days
Investing in Our Community: A Day of Service at Samaritan House
Building a strong community starts with the hands-on dedication of the people who care for it every day. This month, team members from The Lark, Aperture, Blake at Berkeley, and 612 Mariposa came together to volunteer at Samaritan House in San Mateo, where they spent the morning sorting food for local families in need. More than just a service project, the day was an opportunity for our teams to connect, support one another, and witness firsthand how small acts of service can make a lasting impact. After a productive morning of giving back, the teams shared lunch and held their monthly safety meeting, rounding out a day focused on both community well-being and team unity.

Recycling Etiquette
Break It Down! 📦
Maintaining a clean and safe environment at The Blake at Berkeley starts with simple trash and recycling etiquette. To keep our community spaces organized and our equipment functioning properly, please ensure all garbage is securely wrapped in plastic bags before using the trash chute. We also ask that you never place large items, objects, or boxes in the chute, as these can cause significant blockages; instead, please break down all cardboard boxes and leave them stacked neatly inside the trash room for our maintenance team to collect and move to the main disposal area.
